Delete inside the app
Open Aisma → Settings → Delete account & data. Confirm the deletion. Aisma will remove the anonymous account, stored portraits, generated films, generation history, and credit wallet.
If you no longer have the app
Use the button below to email Frostpixel. Include the Aisma Account ID shown in Settings if you previously copied it. We may ask for additional information needed to locate the correct account and prevent unauthorized deletion.

What is deleted
- The Aisma anonymous account and profile.
- Generated films and any remaining uploaded portrait.
- Generation history, credit wallet, and credit ledger.
- Account-linked service records not legally required.
In-app deletion is processed immediately by Aisma. A support request is normally completed within 30 days after we can verify and locate the account. Limited records may be retained only when required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
Subscriptions and store records
Deleting an Aisma account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account to stop future renewals. Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their policies.
