1. The service
Aisma is an AI creative tool operated by Frostpixel, Unipessoal LDA. It lets you select a style, upload one portrait, and request a short AI-generated portrait film. Features, styles, providers, and availability may change as the service develops.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. Aisma is not intended for children.
2. Your account
Aisma automatically creates a private device-linked account. You are responsible for controlling access to your device and for all activity under that account. Reinstalling the app, clearing its secure storage, or changing devices may affect access to locally linked account data unless a store purchase can be restored.
3. Portraits and rights
You keep your rights in content you submit. You give Frostpixel and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and process that content only as needed to provide and secure Aisma.
You promise that:
- You own the portrait or have all necessary permission to use it.
- If it depicts another adult, that person consented to the upload and AI transformation.
- The portrait does not depict a minor.
- Your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
4. Responsible use
You may not use Aisma to create or support:
- Sexual, exploitative, abusive, hateful, or violent content.
- Harassment, defamation, fraud, impersonation, or deception.
- Non-consensual intimate or privacy-invasive content.
- Political manipulation, evidence fabrication, or misleading claims that an AI film records a real event.
- Illegal activity, infringement, automated attacks, security circumvention, resale, or interference with the service.
We may reject a request, remove content, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety, law, these Terms, or provider rules.
5. AI output
AI output is synthetic and may be unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Do not present a film as authentic evidence of something that did not happen. You are responsible for reviewing the output and for how you use or share it.
Google applies safety filters and includes an invisible SynthID watermark in generated videos. A filtered or technically failed request may not produce a film; when our systems record a failed generation, the used Aisma credit is returned automatically.
6. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
One generation uses one Aisma credit. One-time purchases add the quantity shown before purchase. Subscriptions add the displayed credit allowance at each eligible billing period. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a bank balance.
Prices, taxes, billing periods, trials, and renewal terms are displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the store account. Deleting Aisma does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds are governed by the applicable store’s rules.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Aisma reliable, but generation depends on network access, store services, and third-party AI systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without a promise that every request will succeed or that every output will meet a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending use and deletion
You may stop using Aisma and delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes associated Aisma content and records, subject to limited legal retention. Store transaction records and active subscriptions are controlled by Apple or Google and must be managed separately.
9. Changes and contact
We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be presented with a new effective date and additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to contact@frostpixel.studio.
