aismaDelete inside Aisma
Open Aisma → Settings → Delete account & data, then confirm. This deletes the profile, private source and generated videos, generation history, wallet, and account-linked service data.
If you cannot access the app
Email Aisma support and include the Aisma Account ID if available. We may request enough information to locate the account and prevent unauthorized deletion.
Verified support requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only for fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, accounting, or legal requirements.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Aisma account cancels a subscription bought on aisma.ai; a payment that is still processing must finish first. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, or a website subscription billed through RevenueCat Billing. Cancel those separately with the provider that billed you.

- For a subscription bought on aisma.ai, open Aisma → Profile → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the week you have already paid for.
- For a website subscription billed through RevenueCat Billing, open the customer-portal link in any RevenueCat Billing confirmation, renewal, or billing email.
