Navy plaid shirt changed to red-and-black on one of two people.

With one written request and no photos, Aisma, an AI video editor for clips you already have, changed one person’s shirt in a two-person shot. His navy plaid became a red-and-black check, while her denim shirt and red pendant stayed exactly as filmed. Below is the brief we sent, including the sentence that kept her out of the edit.

Navy plaid to red check.

Before → After sets the edit against the original; Full Aisma edit plays the whole walk.

Example requestchange his navy plaid shirt to red-and-black plaid

What stays

  • Her denim shirt and red pendant
  • Both faces and their walk, hand in hand
  • The park and the camera moving with them

What changes

  • His navy plaid shirt becomes a red-and-black check
  • The collar and the white buttons stay in place

What you bring

A 7.6-second clip + the brief below (no photos)

Try this request

The request under the player is the short version. Here is the brief we sent: three sentences and no photos.

With two people in the frame, the middle sentence does the most work. It names her dark shirt and necklace as things to keep, so only his shirt changes. Name the person who changes by what they wear, then give the other person a sentence of their own.

We ran it once at 720p and kept that result. The brief asked for the same check pattern, and the new shirt is a red-and-black check with the same collar and buttons, though its checks are bolder than the thin lines of the navy original.

The brief we sent, word for word

Change his navy plaid shirt to a red-and-black plaid shirt with the same check pattern, fit and buttons. Keep her dark shirt and necklace exactly as they are. Keep both faces, their walk, the park, lighting and camera.

Up close

Look at his shirt,
then at hers.

The check

His navy plaid with thin light lines became a bold red-and-black check. The open collar and the white buttons down the front stayed where they were.

Her shirt

Her dark denim shirt and the red pendant at her chest look as they did in the original, as the second sentence of the brief asked.

The walk

They walk hand in hand and laugh, their hair blowing in the wind, while the camera moves with them through the park as it did.

With two people in a shot, the keep list protects the person who should stay as filmed. Name what they wear, like “her dark shirt and necklace,” and the edit leaves it alone.

Make it yours

One person changes,
everyone else stays.

Starting points for shots with more than one person. They aren’t results shown here; name who changes and who stays.

  • Engagement shoot

Change her yellow dress to a navy dress. Keep his suit and both faces.

  • Band rehearsal

Change the guitarist’s black T-shirt to a white one. Keep the drummer and the stage.

  • Family video

Change the boy’s red hoodie to a green one. Keep his sister’s jacket as it is.

  • Team practice

Change the coach’s gray polo to a navy polo. Keep the players’ jerseys.

  • Wedding party

Change the best man’s tie to dark green. Keep the groom’s tie black.

  • Street style

Change the denim jacket on the man at the left to brown suede. Keep the woman beside him as she is.

Working from a photo instead of words? Say whose clothes it replaces, like “the shirt in Photo 1 goes on the man at the left.”

HOW IT WORKS

Change one outfit,
keep the other.

  1. Choose your video

MP4 or MOV, 2–60 seconds, up to 500 MB. Your original framing is kept.

  2. Say who changes

Point to the person by what they wear, then name who stays as filmed.

  3. Review credits, then generate

Pick 720p or 1080p. Aisma shows the credits first, and the finished edit arrives in your private Library.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you begin.

Was this edit made in Aisma?

Yes, on the first run: this is what Aisma returned for the brief above, with no photos. Original video and Full Aisma edit play both complete files. The original is a stock clip of a couple from Pexels.

How do I change one person’s clothes when two people are in the shot?

Name the garment by who wears it, as in “his navy plaid shirt,” and give the other person a keep sentence of their own: “Keep her dark shirt and necklace exactly as they are.” Pointing by position works too, like “the man on the left.”

Will the new pattern match the old one line for line?

Not line for line. Aisma draws the pattern you describe on the shirt in the clip and keeps its collar and buttons. Here the red-and-black check is bolder than the thin lines of the navy original. If a pattern has to be exact, add a photo of the garment as Photo 1.

Can I change both people at once?

Yes. Name each person and their new clothes in one request, such as “change his shirt to red plaid and her denim shirt to white linen.” If a garment comes from a photo, say which photo goes on whom.

What does an edit like this cost?

A 7.6-second walk like this one bills as 8 seconds, since Aisma counts each shot in whole seconds: 80 credits at 720p, the quality we used, or 160 at 1080p. You see the price before you press Generate, and a part that fails gives its credits back. Packs and plans are on the pricing page.

What if the other person changes too?

Redo that part with Edit a clip on the finished result and add a line such as “keep her denim shirt as filmed.” The price of that part shows before it runs, and you aren’t charged for a part that fails.
